Jennifer Wong

Jennifer Wong serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Olo since December 2020, having previously held positions including Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Goodwin from June 2018 to December 2020, where responsibilities involved a broad-based corporate practice focusing on capital markets transactions and compliance for public and private companies. Jennifer also held a brief role as a Secondee in the legal division of Goldman Sachs and was employed as an Associate in M&A and Capital Markets at Vinson & Elkins. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law.
