Rebekah MacDonald has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2014, they worked as a Google Shopping Express Store Lead at Adecco Group, before moving on to become an Operations Specialist at Clutter in 2015. Rebekah then joined Adecco in 2016 as a Store Operations Lead for Google Express. In 2017, they joined Hush, Inc as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled a high volume of customer inquiries and requests. Rebekah later took on the role of Support Operations Coordinator, where they managed workflow, analyzed data, created reports, and resolved customer issues. In 2018, they became a Customer Success Manager at Hush, Inc. Since 2019, Rebekah has been working at Olo, starting as a Customer Support Specialist and progressing to various leadership roles such as Support Operations Team Lead, Senior Customer Support Operations Team Lead, and currently as the Associate Director - Customer Support Operations.
Rebekah MacDonald began their education in 2008 at Saddleback College, where they pursued a degree in Anthropology/General. Rebekah completed their studies at Saddleback College in 2011, earning a Transfer Certification. In 2012, they enrolled at UCLA and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anthropology in 2014.
