Robbie Frank

Robbie Frank is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience and education. Currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at Olo since November 2020, Robbie previously held the position of Senior Product Designer at the same firm. With a background in teaching, Robbie instructed in the UX Design Certification Program at the Fashion Institute of Technology from January 2019 to August 2022, guiding students through the user experience design process while fostering a collaborative learning environment. Prior roles include serving as a UX Designer at Akkadian Labs, where responsibilities included leading product redesigns and research initiatives, and coaching startups as a UX Design Coach for Starta Ventures. Robbie's earlier experience also encompasses consultancy roles in various organizations, alongside teaching special education and serving as Art Director at Luxury Home Magazine. Robbie holds a Master of Science in Integrated Elementary and Special Education from Wheelock College and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Wayne State University.
