Illya Semenkov

Illya Semenkov is a Senior Software Engineer at Motive since April 2021, with prior experience as an Android Developer at General Motors from April 2017 to April 2021, and as a Mobile Developer at SwiftPad between May 2016 and June 2017, focusing on client-side mobile applications. Illya began a career in software development as a part-time Android Developer at Kiwi Ltd. while attending the University of Toronto, where an Honours Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Life Science and Computer Science was earned between 2011 and 2016. As an undergraduate researcher, research under Dr. Steffen-Sebastian Bolz culminated in co-authorship of a published paper.
