Bertrand Noel has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Gondola Holdings since February 2006, overseeing all aspects of an Italian style restaurant. Prior to this role, Bertrand worked as Deputy Manager in restaurant groups from January 2004 to February 2006, contributing to the opening of two new units and assisting the general manager with day-to-day operations, stock management, cash handling, recruitment, health and safety training, and financial accountability. Bertrand holds a BTS in Hotel Management, Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Lycee Saint Chelly d'Apchez in France, where studies were completed from 1995 to 1998.
