Ben Flintoff has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ben is currently serving as the Director of Operations Services for Gong cha Taiwan, where they oversee franchise business operations in the APAC region. Prior to this, they founded Greensight Capital, an investment firm that focuses on partnering with and supporting Australian businesses in sectors such as renewable energy and digital marketing. Ben also worked as the Chief Operating Officer for QTM Energy, where they played a pivotal role in establishing the brand's presence in Australia. Earlier in their career, Ben held management positions at Galadari Food & Beverage Division, Noodle Box, Dunkin', Sirromet Wines, and Brisbane City Catering and bb's cafe Wharf Central. Ben also worked as a Financial Planner for a brief period and enjoyed a successful stint as a Resort Manager at Crystal Holidays. Throughout their career, Ben has demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved notable recognition for their contributions in turning around failing markets and ranking as a top franchise executive in Australia.
Ben Flintoff obtained a degree in Business Information Systems from the University of South Australia, which they completed from 1992 to 1994. Ben then pursued a Diploma of Financial Planning at Deakin University from 1998 to 2001. In 2003, they obtained the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification from the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
