Delia Stefania Dumbravescu has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Delia Stefania currently serves as the EMEA Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Gong, where they are responsible for building the EMEA landing team. Delia Stefania has successfully grown the business from 7 to 60 employees in Dublin in just 8 months. Delia created and implemented hiring strategies and the first local Talent branding program.

Prior to Gong, Delia worked at Qualtrics for several years. Delia Stefania began as an EMEA Recruiter and focused on entry-level graduate recruiting for the Sales Development/Business Development organization, bringing on board 45 new team members across multiple languages. Delia Stefania then served as an EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner, partnering with and advising over 15 Hiring Managers and Senior Leaders across Europe, the USA, and Canada. Delia was involved in leadership hiring, growing sales teams in-country, and setting up and driving sourcing strategies. Delia Stefania also played a key role in growing and onboarding the talent team.

Before joining Qualtrics, Delia worked as a Global Recruiter at Concern Worldwide, and prior to that, they were a Recruitment Specialist at Hilton Hotels Worldwide.
