Ifat Sharabi

Ifat Sharabi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is as a Culture Business Partner at Gong, a SaaS company specializing in sales conversations and deal-winning strategies. Prior to Gong, they worked at WalkMe™ as an Employee Experience Manager and HR partner, where they contributed to enhancing the employee experience. Ifat also has extensive experience at Verint, where they served as an Employee Experience Manager, focusing on employee well-being and community responsibility. At Verint, they managed employee care plans, engagement activities, and employee forums. Before Verint, Ifat worked at Beit Hayeld boarding school as the VP Education & Cultural Coordinator, responsible for recruitment, development, and training of guides, as well as educational and welfare activities. Ifat began their career as a Social Worker at "Hostel Ben Galim".

Ifat Sharabi completed their BA in Social Work from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1994 and 1997. Ifat later pursued their MA in Social Work from the same university, specializing in social sciences, between 2005 and 2007.
