Itay Ben Haim

Itay Ben Haim is an accomplished engineering manager currently serving as Model Serving Engineering Manager at Gong since September 2024. Previously, Itay held the role of Software Team Lead at Superwise from January 2021 to September 2024, where leadership encompassed cross-functional teams and significant platform enhancements, including large-scale data ingestion and real-time ML observability. Experience also includes positions as a Machine Learning Engineer at Fiverr, Data Engineer at NVIDIA, Software Engineer at Mellanox Technologies, and Computer Aided Design Software Engineer at Ness Technologies. Itay began an academic journey at the University of Haifa, earning an Engineer’s Degree in Information Technology from 2014 to 2017.
