Jackie Durdun

Jackie Durdun has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jackie currently works at Gong as the Global Head of Global System Integrator Alliances since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at UiPath in various roles starting from 2017. Jackie served as the Global Head of Strategic Partner Expansion where they developed growth strategies and execution plans for partner ecosystem expansion. Jackie also led cross-functional partner investment initiatives and managed partner business and operations alongside the Channel Chief. Jackie then became the Global Head of Partner Enablement and Strategy, where they significantly improved partner readiness and capabilities, developed training courses, and managed enablement for global distributors and alliances. Before that, Jackie was the Global Head of Partner Strategy at UiPath where they developed partner strategies and managed alliances relationships in the Americas. Jackie also led multiple teams and developed partner value propositions. Prior to joining UiPath, Jackie worked at PwC from 2011 to 2017, where they were the Director of Intelligent Automation, Shared Services & Outsourcing. Jackie'sresponsibilities included managing global relationships, developing automation approaches, and selling and managing multiple shared services and outsourcing engagements. Before PwC, Jackie worked at Ernst & Young from 2009 to 2011 as a Manager in Advisory Services, where they led various engagements such as IT Helpdesk planning and launch and commercial offerings simplification. Lastly, they worked at Deloitte Consulting from 2004 to 2008 as a Manager in Strategy and Operations, leading customer operations and contact center transformation engagements. Prior to that, Jackie worked at PwC Consulting & IBM Global Services from 2000 to 2004 as a Principal Consultant in Financial Management and Auditor, where they built Activity Based Costing models and performed financial analysis and audits. Overall, Jackie Durdun has demonstrated expertise in partner alliances and enablement, automation, shared services, outsourcing, and financial management throughout their career.

Jackie Durdun completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in German and English at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu from 1992 to 1997. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
