Or was also the Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder at Manto AI, a predictive people analytics platform for HR. Or played a crucial role in forming and updating the company's value proposition through ideation and research processes. Or worked at Manto AI from January 2018 to April 2021.

Before their ventures in the tech industry, Or served in the Israel Defense Forces - Military Intelligence as the Head of Intelligence Analysis Section from August 2014 to August 2017. Or also served in Unit 8200 - Israeli Intelligence Corps, where they held the positions of Head of Product Management Section from August 2013 to August 2014 and Intelligence Analysis Team Leader from November 2011 to August 2013.
