Casidi Heaton

Casidi Heaton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2016, they worked at rue21 as a Sales Associate and Visual Lead, where they focused on visual merchandising and customer resolution to enhance sales. From 2017 to 2018, Casidi served as an Executive Intern at Dillard's Inc., assisting with various tasks including buyer and corporate communications, sales, financials, and visual merchandising.

In 2018, they joined Walmart eCommerce as a Customer Care Specialist/Jethead, troubleshooting member issues and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal teams. Later, Casidi became a Partner Operations Specialist, where they assisted Marketplace sellers and vendors, enforced policy adherence, and provided creative solutions for process improvement.

From 2020 to 2021, Casidi worked at Banana Republic as an Assistant Store Manager, responsible for driving profitable sales growth and implementing action plans to maximize efficiency. Casidi also joined Good Dog in 2020 and held roles such as Data Entry and Support Specialist, Operations Team Lead, and currently, Operations Manager.

Additionally, Casidi has been associated with Jin's Kung Fu Martial Arts since 2012 as an Assistant Teacher, continuously learning and mastering techniques for personal and professional development.

Casidi Heaton's education history begins in 2014 when they enrolled at Salt Lake Community College. Casidi pursued a degree in Generals and completed their Associate's degree in 2016. Following that, they continued their education at the University of Utah from 2016 to 2018. During this time, Casidi focused on Communication Studies and successfully earned a Bachelor's degree in the field.
