Chief Human Resources Officer at Good Foods Group

Eric Munoz has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Eric most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Good Foods Group, LLC since 2022. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they held the position of Vice President Human Resources, Americas at Joyson Safety Systems, where they led the HR function across the Americas and conducted a major restructuring.

From 2014 to 2021, Munoz worked at Kellogg Company, first as the Senior Director of Global Talent Management & Leadership Development, responsible for talent management and launching new leadership competencies, and then as the Director of Organizational Development, Latin America. In this role, they led a culture transformation initiative and provided learning & development offerings across Latin America.

Before their time at Kellogg, Munoz worked at Mondelēz International from 2010 to 2014, where they served as the Sr. Manager of Learning & Leadership Development, Latin America, and as the HR Business Partner for Operations and Functional Areas, Central America & Caribbean. Eric also worked at Kraft Foods from 2003 to 2010, holding various roles such as HR Leader, Organizational Development Manager, and Generalist in Central America and the Caribbean region.

Munoz began their career at GlaxoSmithKline in 1996, where they held roles in manufacturing, employee services, compensation & benefits, and procurement. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in leading HR functions, driving culture transformation, talent management, leadership development, and organizational development.

Eric Munoz graduated with honors from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR with an MBA in Finance in 2003. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1996, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the same university, specializing in Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, Eric has also pursued various certifications in fields such as Human Resources, Leadership Development, Change Management, Executive Coaching, and Team Development through Corporate Education. In 2009, they obtained certifications from Lominger International in Voices 360 Assessment, Leadership Architect, Team Architect, Interview Architect, and Choices Architect. Eric also holds a Hogan Assessment certification from Hogan Assessment Systems, obtained in 2015.
