Zach Lawless

Zach Lawless is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Hyer Boots since April 2022. In addition to this role, Zach advises The Good Goods, a last mile logistics provider focused on the circular economy, since January 2021. Previously, Zach co-founded Fresh Bowl, a VC-backed startup that offers chef-crafted meals on-the-go and addresses packaging waste technology from June 2018 to January 2021. Zach's career also includes experience as an Analyst at Seavest Healthcare Properties, where responsibilities involved due diligence support for healthcare real estate, and as an Assistant Operations Manager at Strategic Financial Solutions NY, managing a large sales team and implementing efficiency projects. Early career roles included Assistant Project Manager at H&H Builders, where project management skills were honed, and founding Fraternity Snap Backs, a profitable venture in collegiate merchandise. Zach holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Business Finance Minor from San Diego State University.
