Daniel Alejandro began their career as the Head of Sales and Marketing at Silvia Angel, where they managed distribution channels and supervised sales representatives. Daniel Alejandro held this position from January 2001 to May 2007.
Afterwards, Daniel worked at Marimedia Ltd. as a Media Account Manager for a brief period from July 2007 to January 2008. Daniel Alejandro then joined USAGC - Taurus where they served as a Media Account Manager and later as a Traffic Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing online media campaigns and optimizing campaigns on the Right Media Exchange.
In 2009, Daniel took on the role of a Facebook Applications Consultant, where they reviewed and improved various Facebook applications. Daniel Alejandro also started their blog, Facebookapplications.blogspot.com, where they shared insights and reviews.
Following this, Daniel became the Director of Marketing at Sparkeo.com from January 2009 to March 2011. During their tenure, the company received several awards and mentions, including being selected as a Seedcamp Winner in 2010.
Later, Daniel co-founded MentAd, a predictive marketing platform company. As the Co-CEO and Co-Founder, they helped redefine online customer acquisition and improve cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on investment (ROI) for clients. MentAd was acquired by SocialCode, where Daniel then served as the Senior Director of Performance Marketing from January 2017 to October 2017.
In 2018, Daniel joined Red Antler, a leading branding agency, as the Head of Performance Marketing. Daniel Alejandro played a key role in shaping a digital strategy consulting and performance marketing offering that eventually led to the creation of their own company, Good Moose. There, they currently hold the position of Co-founder and CEO. Good Moose specializes in performance marketing and helps clients launch and scale brands while focusing on growth, profitability, and sustainable branding.

Daniel Alejandro Romano has a diverse education history. From 2000 to 2003, they attended the University of Buenos Aires, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. After completing this program, they enrolled at UADE from 2003 to 2006 and obtained another Bachelor's degree, this time in Marketing. Finally, from 2010 to 2012, Daniel attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree. This specific program was in collaboration with the Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University (TAU), emphasizing Business Administration and Management in a general sense.
