Ivar D'Silva

Ivar D'Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and agile delivery management. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Resonaite Inc and Partner at Ronin Group Services, Ivar has also taken on consulting roles at TradeStream Technologies and Frux Technologies Canada. Ivar's investment acumen is demonstrated through active participation with Good News Ventures and York Angel Investors. Previously, Ivar held leadership roles at LifeWorks, significantly improving delivery velocity and quality across multiple product lines, and at Morneau Shepell, where Ivar established an IT PMO to deliver complex technology solutions. Ivar's career also includes strategic roles at TDBFG and Mercer Human Resource Consulting, underpinned by a BMath in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
