Sandra Capponi

Sandra Capponi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sandra started their career in 2008 at the National Australia Bank, where they held several management positions, including Manager of Corporate Responsibility Strategy, Manager of Indigenous Finance & Development, Operations Manager of Distribution Services, and Project Manager of Strategic Outsourcing. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Manager of Change & Communications at Jawun Indigenous Corporate Partnerships. In 2016, Sandra co-founded Good On You, where they currently serve as the Chief Revenue Officer. Sandra also holds the role of Board Advisor at Sustainable Apparel Coalition since 2021.

Sandra Capponi has a diverse educational background. In 2000, they attended Monash University, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts degree. Following this, in 2007 and 2008, Sandra pursued further education at UNE Partnerships, obtaining a Certificate IV in Project Management. In 2012, they participated in the Centre for Sustainability Leadership Fellowship Program at the Centre for Sustainability Leadership. Continuing their academic journey, in 2013, Sandra enrolled at the Melbourne Business School and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2016. Additionally, they engaged in an international MBA exchange program at IE Business School in 2015. Sandra's extensive education history demonstrates their commitment to continuous learning and their desire to acquire knowledge from various fields of study.
