Celia E. Ceballos

Celia E. Ceballos has extensive experience in mission-driven leadership within Good Shepherd Services, currently serving as the Director of Mission and Culture for the Anti-Racism and Equity Branch. With a focus on social and racial justice, Celia embeds the organization's mission, vision, and values through various initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and culture-building activities. Celia has held several roles at Good Shepherd Services, including Manager of Mission and Learning and Training Coordinator, where responsibilities included overseeing training programs, ensuring compliance with grant mandates, and supporting staff development. Celia holds a Master's degree in American Studies with a concentration in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion/Anti-Racism & Equity from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a focus on Non-Profit Management from SUNY Empire State College.
