Jaroslav Pulchart

Jaroslav Pulchart has extensive work experience in the software engineering and IT infrastructure fields. Jaroslav started their career at Logica in 2006 as a Product Integration specialist. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Acision, initially as a Product Integration specialist and later as a Senior System Integrator.

In 2011, Pulchart joined GoodData as a Senior Software Engineer and was later promoted to the role of Team Lead. Jaroslav played a key role in designing and implementing core platform services for GoodData's distributed cloud deployment. Jaroslav also contributed to the company's high-level technology vision and roadmap as an Architect in Cloud Technologies. Jaroslav remained with GoodData until 2016.

From 2016 to 2017, Pulchart worked at Avast Software as an IT Infrastructure Architect. Jaroslav focused on refreshing the company's infrastructure design, building relationships with vendors, and providing IT solutions for Antivirus cloud services.

In 2017, Pulchart joined Cisco as a Senior Software Engineer, specifically working in the Cognitive Threat Analytics team. Their main responsibilities included full-stack engineering and planning the migration of infrastructure to cloud services.

Since 2019, Pulchart has returned to GoodData as a Principal Software Engineer, contributing to the company's software development as a Senior Principal Software Engineer.

Jaroslav Pulchart attended the Brno University of Technology from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained an Ing. degree from The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering - Institute of Automation and Computer Science.
