Jessica Ahlbrecht

Jessica Ahlbrecht is an accomplished HR professional with over a decade of experience in human resources. Currently serving as HR Manager and previously as HR Generalist at Goodhue County since November 2013, Jessica supports various public service sectors focused on promoting community health and safety. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Federal-Mogul as a Human Resources Representative from January 2010 to November 2013 and began a career in HR at ADC Telecommunications as an Employee Services Representative from June 2006 to January 2010, providing first-line HR support. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Bethel University and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Rochester Community & Technical College.
