Abel Iñiguez has a strong background in IT and has held various roles throughout their career. Abel recently worked as a Senior Information Technology Manager at GoodLeap LLC starting in December 2020. Before that, they served as a Lead IT Support Specialist at ARCO/Murray Design Build from November 2019 to December 2020. Starting their career, Abel worked at Lighthouse IS, Inc. as a Senior Technical Support Specialist from July 2010 to June 2014. Abel oversaw IT infrastructure projects, trained technicians and end-users, and provided technical support.
Additionally, Abel worked at Better Place as part of the IT Operations team, where they played a role in establishing a helpdesk, standardizing client deployment, and implementing a ticket tracking system. Early in their career, they worked at SAP as an IT Systems Analyst and IT End User Support Technician, responsible for setting and enforcing global standards of computer endpoint management and providing end-user support.
Abel began their career as an IT Support Specialist at CompuCom. Throughout their career, Abel has demonstrated expertise in IT management, process improvement, project coordination, and providing technical support.
Abel Iñiguez completed an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute in 1997. Abel then pursued further education and recently obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University between 2020 and 2023.
