Mary Waterfield

Mary Waterfield is an accomplished Quality and Development Manager at Goodlord since June 2021, having previously held roles there as Quality and Development Lead. Responsibilities include managing a team of coaches, providing training and upskilling for the tenant referencing team, and overseeing quality assurance processes and fraud investigations. Prior to Goodlord, Mary Waterfield had a successful tenure at Barbon Insurance Group from February 2012 to June 2021, where positions included Compliance Advisor, Referencing Team Leader, Senior Referencing Executive, and Referencing Executive. Mary Waterfield holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Lincoln, completed in May 2011.
