Krystal Luan

Krystal Luan holds an MBA and possesses a strong background in IT project management and infrastructure services, currently serving as an IT Project Manager at the Reserve Bank of Australia since January 2023. Previously, Krystal has held significant roles, including Information Technology Project Manager at Goodman Fielder and IT Infrastructure Service Manager at DHL Express. With experience spanning over two decades, Krystal has worked in various capacities such as ICT Delivery Manager at Ericsson and Project Delivery Manager at BT Global Services. Krystal started the professional journey as a System Administrator at Masushita Electric Inc. and has a solid educational foundation with a Master's degree from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Beijing University of Technology. Krystal is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds certifications in Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
