Chris Porges

Chris Porges is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in recruitment and consulting. Currently serving as CEO at G-NIUS since July 2024, Chris leads the company in developing global talent solutions for workforce challenges. As Co-Founder and CEO of G MASS Consulting since July 2023, Chris manages the strategic direction of the RPO and Consulting business while sitting on the board of Goodman Masson. Since September 2009, Chris has held several key positions at Goodman Masson, including CEO of Goodman Masson Solutions and Managing Director of Goodman Masson Recruitment, overseeing multiple sales divisions and strategic initiatives. Chris's career began at Marks Sattin in 2002, progressing through various roles with a focus on finance and accountancy recruitment. Chris's educational background includes attendance at the University of Winchester and Kent College School Canterbury.
