Harriet Fryatt

Harriet Fryatt is an accomplished professional in Human Resources and organizational development, currently serving as Senior Manager for People and Culture at Goodman since October 2022. Additionally, Harriet is the Founder of The Charley Ashton Foundation, established in memory of Charley Ashton to support individuals affected by rare cancers. Previous roles include HR Leader in Consumer Health at Johnson & Johnson, Talent & Development Manager for both the APAC and ANZ regions at Merlin Entertainments, and HR Manager at PwC Australia. Harriet's career also includes experience as an HR Advisor at Nikon Australia and the BBC, as well as resourcing roles at KFC UK & Ireland. Educational achievements include a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Level 5 CIPD qualification in HR Management from Acacia Learning, along with a degree in Management with Entrepreneurship from the University of Southampton.
