Jordan Parratt

Jordan Parratt is an experienced investment analyst currently working at Goodman since February 2019. Jordan has held various roles, including Analyst, Property Manager, Junior Property Manager, and Business Analyst. Additionally, Jordan serves as a part-time lecturer at The University of Auckland's Business School, teaching Property 361: Property Industry Case since February 2023. Prior to these positions, Jordan gained experience as a Summer Clerk in Real Estate and Banking and Finance at MinterEllisonRuddWatts and worked as a Research Assistant at CBRE from October 2015 to October 2018. Jordan holds a BProp/LLB degree in Property and Law from The University of Auckland, completed in 2019, and has a background in Cambridge A Levels from City Impact Church School.
