Dr. Jason Maley is a physician, researcher, and educator at Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC). As a pulmonary and critical care medicine specialist, he directs the BIDMC Critical Illness and COVID-19 Survivorship Program, a clinical and research program dedicated to improving the lives of people with Long COVID. He is co-chair of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation PASC (Long COVID) Clinic Collaborative. Dr. Maley completed his BS in biomedical engineering from Boston University, MD from Tulane Medical School, and MS in epidemiology from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He was an internal medicine resident and chief resident at the University of Pennsylvania, and completed his pulmonary and critical care fellowship in the Harvard Combined Program at Massachusetts General Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine.
