Angela Ng Cep

Angela Ng, CEP has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Angela currently holds the position of Director, Stock Administration at GoodRx since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager, Stock Plan Administration at GoodRx from January 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining GoodRx, Angela worked at Incora from February 2016 to December 2020. During their time there, they held the role of Manager, SEC Reporting Compliance. Their responsibilities included managing company-wide Global Equity Plans, overseeing the processing of grants and stock releases, and handling external financial reporting related to stock-based compensation.

Angela also has experience working at IPC Healthcare, Inc. from July 2007 to January 2016, where they served as the Securities Compliance Manager & Asst. Corporate Secretary. Their role involved managing the due diligence process for the company's Initial Public Offering (IPO) and Follow-On Public Offering, as well as providing assistance to the Board of Directors and its committees.

Prior to their role at IPC Healthcare, Angela worked as an Assistant Vice President/Senior Corporate Paralegal at City National Bank from July 2006 to June 2007. Angela also worked as a Corporate & Securities Paralegal at Gateway, Inc. from October 2004 to July 2006, and as a Corporate Paralegal at Aames Investment Corporation from June 1999 to October 2004.

Angela Ng, CEP has pursued their education in the field of Business Administration. Angela attended Chapman University, where they focused on Business Administration. Additionally, they achieved the CEP Level 3 from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business's CEP Institute.
