Jen Cotton is a highly experienced design leader currently serving as the VP of Design at GoodRx, where design for consumer products is a primary focus. Previously, Jen held the role of VP of Design, Research & Content Studio at Modern Health, overseeing a diverse team dedicated to mental health products and establishing crucial processes to enhance product quality. Before that, Jen contributed as a UX Lead at Google, managing a team focused on ambient computing, and as a Lead UX Designer at Amazon, where Jen co-founded the Alexa Design System team, leading to a patented innovation. Jen also held significant roles at Twitter, New York Magazine, and various freelance positions, and has served as a board member for the Inneract Project, a nonprofit supporting underrepresented students in design. Jen's educational background includes an MFA in Design + Technology from Parsons School of Design and a BA in International Affairs and Creative Writing from The George Washington University.
