Mardin Yadegar

Mardin Yadegar has a diverse range of work experience in the field of cybersecurity and information technology.

Mardin started their career as a Penetration Tester/Researcher at esCERT-UPC in 2014, where they conducted penetration tests on various networks and researched malware implementation in Android applications.

In 2015, Mardin worked as a Cyber Security and Privacy Advisory Intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers. During their internship, they assisted in implementing Oracle Identity Manager, documented processes and procedures, and developed an automated program for certification reminders.

From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Systems Analyst/Programmer at Indiana University Recreational Sports, where they redesigned data collection forms for mobile devices and made software improvements to enhance security.

Mardin joined Indiana University School of Informatics and Computing in 2013, where they held multiple roles. As a Peer Tutoring Supervisor, they oversaw a team of tutors and expanded the program to support more courses. Mardin also worked as a Peer Led Team Learning Leader and an Undergraduate Instructor/Curriculum Researcher, teaching lab sections and conducting research to develop curriculum in computer science topics.
