Sierra Kennedy

Sierra Kennedy has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, Sierra worked as a Freelance Writer for "Written By Sierra," where they pitched and executed article topics, developed engaging content for social media channels, and created monthly budgets for advertising campaigns. In 2014, they joined the Florida State Board of Nursing as a Regulatory Specialist II, reviewing applications for licensure and conducting background checks.

From 2016 to 2018, Sierra worked at Top Rank Marketing as a Sports Writer, delivering high-quality content focused on legal sports betting and optimizing it for search engine results. Sierra was then promoted to Managing Editor, where they managed editorial operations and coordinated with senior management and other departments.

In 2019, Sierra joined Red Ventures as an Editor II, where they assigned and edited various types of content, fact-checked and optimized content for search traffic. From 2021 to the present, they have been working at GoodRx, first as an Updates Editor for Health content, where they developed an updates process and collaborated with various teams, and currently as an Updates Manager, assigning and editing various articles and collaborating with different teams.

Sierra Kennedy attended Florida State University from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. In October 2017, they also obtained a Cvent Certification from Cvent.
