Aylin Oncel

Aylin Oncel is a seasoned professional in social impact and legal development, currently serving as VP of Social Impact at Goodstack since September 2022, where efforts are focused on empowering organizations globally through purpose-driven initiatives. Previously, Aylin held the position of Head of Legal and Development at U.S. Digital Response, facilitating pro-bono technology support for governmental crisis responses. Aylin's tenure at Stripe included roles as Head of Community Engagement, where the first social impact strategies were developed, and Commercial & Product Counsel, aiding in the launch of Stripe Atlas. As co-founder and president of VINKIND, Aylin established a community-driven wine gifting service. Early legal experience includes corporate associate roles at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Jones Day, advising clients in clean tech and emerging technologies and providing pro bono services for human rights initiatives. Aylin holds a Doctor of Law from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Women's Studies from UCLA.
