Nicole Lane

Nicole Lane possesses extensive experience in the culinary and administrative fields. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at GoodTemps since March 2019, Nicole also excels as the CEO and Pastry Chef of Precious Dezzerts, a position held since July 2002. Specializing in Southern Style Pastries that emphasize organic ingredients, Nicole has been dedicated to crafting cakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts that delight the palate. Additionally, Nicole worked as a Pastry Chef at Precious Dezzerts PD from July 2001, further honing skills in dessert creation. Prior experience includes an administrative role at Fox Pitt from 2005 to 2010. Educationally, Nicole trained in Pastry Arts at The Art Institute of New York from 2002 to 2003.
