Stephani Estes

Stephani Estes serves as the Chief Media Officer at Goodway Group since January 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in media strategy and management from previous roles at Cramer-Krasselt, where positions included EVP, General Manager, and various senior vice president roles overseeing media strategy and digital strategy. Prior to that, Stephani held the Associate Media Director position at Compass Point Media and Bernstein-Rein Advertising, leading major campaigns such as the re-launch of Hostess Snacks and developing digital strategies for Neebo.com. Early career experience includes significant media planning roles at Starcom MediaVest Group and a brief period as a Corps Member Advisor with Teach For America, as well as serving as a Special Education Teacher/Case Manager in St. Louis Public Schools. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
