Keith Anami

Keith is a People, Culture & Networks Officer at Goodwell Investments.

Keith is responsible for providing tactical and operational support to the PCN department for all regional teams. Together with the Director of People Culture Networks, he works on HR projects such as standardizing and process optimization of HR Projects, inclusion and diversity initiatives, and talent management.

Prior to joining Goodwell, Keith worked at Britam as under various HR roles for 3 years where he was responsible for coordinating HR programs, policies and activities in the business which include recruitment and retention; talent management, performance management, and employee relations.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in Human Resources from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. He is also a Bonafide Member of the institute of Human Resource Management, Kenya.
