Peggy Wible

Peggy Wible has over 20 years of human resources experience. Peggy is currently the Human Resources Director at Goodwill Columbus, leading teams focused on talent acquisition and compensation & benefits. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Wendys International, where they developed tools and initiatives in talent management and succession planning. Peggy also has experience as an Employee Relations Manager at America West Airlines and as a Human Resources Manager at Health Power HMO. In addition, Peggy has worked as an independent consultant, providing services such as implementing a management institute curriculum and co-developing a competency-based feedback system.

Peggy Wible earned a Master's Degree in Masters of Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 1991 to 1993. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Sociology from Illinois State University from 1969 to 1973. Additionally, Peggy Wible obtained certifications including Senior Professional Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2002, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) from CPP, Inc. in 1995, and Lominger Competency Model Architect in 1994.
