Gwendolen Tyler

Gwendolen Tyler, PMP, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and positions. Gwendolen currently serves as the Director of IT Enterprise Delivery at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana. In their previous role as an Information Technology Project Manager at CNO Financial Group, they successfully led a team in replacing an IVR system for a financial institution, managing multiple vendors and contract deliverables.

Prior to that, Gwendolen worked as an Information Technology Project Manager at the Indiana Department of Child Services, where they oversaw project management activities for two years. Gwendolen also held the position of Project Manager for Enterprise Business Applications at Indiana University Health, where they managed technical enterprise-wide projects, including budget tracking, schedule management, and risk and issue management.

Gwendolen has a strong background in leadership, having managed teams and budgets as a Manager of IT Business Analysts at Finish Line and as the Director of Administration and Human Resources at SRI Incorporated. Gwendolen also served as an Adjunct Professor of Project Management at Purdue School of Engineering and Technology, IUPUI.

Earlier in their career, Gwendolen worked as a Project Manager at Eli Lilly and Company, managing projects for four years. Gwendolen began their career at Banc One Mortgage Corp as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing data migration projects and coaching junior project managers.

With their extensive experience in project management and leadership roles, Gwendolen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current position.

Gwendolen Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Indiana University Indianapolis, Purdue School of Engineering. Gwendolen also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from IWU National & Global. Along with their degrees, Gwendolen Tyler has obtained certifications in Human Resources Management from Purdue School of Engineering and Technology, IUPUI, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and Salesforce Administration Training from Salesforce University. Gwendolen also has a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
