Paul Boening

Paul Boening has extensive experience in manufacturing and management, currently serving as the Manufacturing Manager at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana since April 2019, overseeing light assembly, manufacturing, and packaging operations. Prior to this role, Paul was the Managing Owner of Recycling Services of Indiana from July 2010 to September 2018 and served as General Manager at Newco Metals Processing from August 1991 to July 2010, where responsibilities included managing production, sales, financials, and R&D. Paul's career began in production management at Needmore Processing from June 1987 to August 1991.
