Kayla Collins

Kayla Collins has over a decade of experience in workforce development, currently serving as the Workforce Development Manager at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota since September 2010, where responsibilities include staff supervision and program oversight. Prior roles at the same organization include Workforce Development Supervisor and Coordinator, focusing on team development, participant services, and community engagement. Earlier experience includes positions at Minnesota School of Business as an Admissions Representative and at St. Cloud WorkForce Center as a Workforce Development Representative, where curriculum development and training facilitation were key responsibilities. Kayla also has a background in campaign consulting with United Way of Central Minnesota and management roles in customer service and instruction. Educationally, Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict.
