Mary Jo Nohava

Mary Jo Nohava is a seasoned professional in workforce development and compliance, currently serving as the Workforce Development Manager for Work Incentives Connection at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota since January 2020. Previously, Nohava held the position of Manager of Minnesota Services and Compliance at Opportunity Services from June 2015 to January 2020, where leadership focused on compliance and enhancing community-based employment and rehabilitation services. Nohava also directed day services at Opportunity Partners from October 2008 to March 2015, guiding a substantial team to support individuals with disabilities in achieving employment success. Additionally, Nohava managed a federally funded grant program to provide employment services for people with disabilities. Nohava holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 1987 and 1990.
