Claire Mathias

Claire Mathias is a seasoned professional in philanthropic program development, currently serving as the Director of Development for Philanthropic Programs at Goodwill Central Texas since May 2018. Claire has a rich history of leadership roles in various organizations, including positions at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas, and the Capital Area Food Bank of Texas. With a strong foundation in major gift fundraising, database management, and strategic planning, Claire has consistently demonstrated expertise in donor relations and data analytics, complementing a successful career that began with an administrative role at Washington National Cathedral. Claire earned a BA in Sociology from Grinnell College in 1986.
