Rena Sharpe

Rena Sharpe serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Goodwill Industries of Kentucky since February 2017 and is an Executive Board Member at BEAM BOARD OF DIRECTORS since January 2012, contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing Kentucky's growth in Advanced Manufacturing. Previously, Rena held the position of Vice President-Operations at Westport Axle from November 2007 to November 2015, overseeing multiple North American sites in the automotive supply chain. Rena has also served as Chairman of the Executive Board at Kentuckiana Works and held various roles at Westport Axle Corporation, including Plant Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on critical sub-assembly and sequencing for the automotive sector. Rena's educational background includes studies at Lindsey Wilson College and Eastern Kentucky University.
