Jessica T. Napier

Jessica T. Napier, MS, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Marshall University and a CARF Surveyor for CARF International, while also holding the position of Chief People Officer at Goodwill Industries of KYOWVA Area, Inc. since September 2015. Jessica has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as an HR Coordinator at Special Metals and as an HR Assistant at Southwestern Community Action Council and Marshall University. Educational credentials include two Master's degrees in Health Care Administration/Management and Human Resources Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, all from Marshall University.
