Dan Benkert

Dan Benkert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, workforce development, and coaching. Since December 2017, Dan has served as the Mission Services Manager at Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan, overseeing workforce development operations and staff training. Additionally, Dan has taken on coaching roles, currently as the Assistant Varsity Football Coach for Bay City Western High School, and previously for Nouvel Catholic Central High School. Dan's background includes various educational roles such as educator for online education at Vassar Public Schools, paraprofessional at Saginaw ISD, and instructor for the Great Lakes Bay Region Michigan Works! As an educator, Dan worked with special needs students and implemented health and physical education curriculums over a significant period. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in History/Political Science from Saginaw Valley State University and a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Central Michigan University.
