Dr. Debra D. Arnold

Dr. Debra D. Arnold, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of People at Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA since May 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Arnold held various positions at Augusta University, including Director of Employee Relations & Organizational Development and Director of Employee Relations, where responsibilities encompassed administering a progressive employee relations program for over 5,600 faculty and staff. Dr. Arnold's extensive experience in employee relations and training includes previous roles at Savannah River College and the Army Community Services, alongside an impressive educational background consisting of a Doctor of Education in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University and multiple degrees from Amberton University in Human Resources Training & Development, Human Relations & Business.
