Cynthia Khambounheuang Haptas

Cynthia Khambounheuang Haptas has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Cynthia started their career as an Accounting Clerk at Senior Community Centers in 2006 and progressed to roles such as HR Coordinator and HR Generalist. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an HR Generalist at TASC, Inc. In 2015, they joined Cara Chicago as a Manager of HR and Operations, where they were responsible for various HR functions and oversaw three businesses. Cynthia later served as the Senior Manager of HR and Operations before leaving in 2016. In 2017, they joined Goodwill Industries of San Diego County as an HR Manager and eventually became the Director of Human Resources in 2022.
