Rebecca Scott

Rebecca Scott has extensive experience in retail management, particularly within the Goodwill organization. Since October 2014, Rebecca has played a vital role at Goodwill Industries of South Texas, Inc. as both Purchaser and New Goods Buyer and Retail Director, managing retail operations, e-commerce sales, and logistics. Prior to this, Rebecca served as the Director of Retail for Goodwill Central East Texas, overseeing operations for three stores, and as Director of Retail Operations for Heart of Texas Goodwill, managing 15 stores and achieving $14 million in sales. Earlier tenure includes roles at Goodwill Industries of South Texas as Director of Retail Sales, where strategic planning and staff training were key responsibilities, and as Store Manager at Driscoll Children's Hospital, managing thrift store operations. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of the Incarnate Word.
