CJ Tao is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Vice President, Controller and Treasurer at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc., since March 2023. CJ co-founded CTW Consulting and CPA, LLC in August 2020 and previously held significant positions such as Vice President of FP&A and Controller at Sonic Foundry Inc., and Interim CFO/Controller at Flambeau Diagnostics. With a strong background that includes roles at National Guardian Life Insurance Company, Quartz Health Solutions, CUNA Mutual Group, and Ernst & Young, CJ has developed expertise in financial planning, analysis, and operations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master in Professional Accountancy from Georgia State University.
