Nicol Britten

Nicol Britten is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and human capital development. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc. since October 2015, Nicol previously held the position of Director of Talent Management in the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Capital at Rogers Memorial Hospital from August 2013 to October 2015. Nicol Britten is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Ottawa University, expected to be completed in 2023.
