Ila Cipriani

Ila Cipriani has over 35 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning, talent acquisition, and employee development. Ila began their career as a Human Resources Manager in the U.S. Air Force, overseeing programs for over 3000 military members in multiple locations. Ila then moved on to roles in Catholic Community Services and Arizona Industries for the Blind before becoming the Vice President of Human Resources at Goodwill of Southern Az, where they lead the people functions for 500+ team members. Throughout their career, Ila has demonstrated a strong commitment to creating inclusive and innovative work environments.

Ila Cipriani attended Park University from 1998 to 2001, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, and an Associate's Degree in Psychology. Ila obtained various certifications, including EQ 360, EQ-i 2.0, SHRM-SCP, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification.
